We pride ourselves on our customer service and we hope you think so too. If you are happy with how we manage your payments, why not refer a friend to us so they receive the same high level of service and compliance. If your friend registers with us and stays with us for at least 4 weeks, you will receive 4 weeks margin free payments. There is no cap on how many friends you refer so no limits on how many weeks margin free payments you can receive!

Pay on demand
You may find yourself in an emergency and need access to your funds before your allocated pay day. If this should happen and payment of your funds to us are backed by a guarantee from your hirer, ACL will release your pay when you need it most.
1 hour pay promise
Should there be an occasion where you receive your funds and an error has occurred, ACL will endeav-our to get your query resolved with your hirer within 1 hour and correct any errors.
